While the customer service was great, the work itself was terrible. My oil pan bolt was let loose so oil was leaking. I didn't notice until it was all over my driveway and had to add a half quart. I had to tighten it, add oil, buy a concrete wash, and pressure wash my driveway. More

To be honest, I would not rate the service with 5 stars. Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, the Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, there was 94 extra miles on it and it was on empty. Actually empty I had to stop at the gas station down the road from the car lot because there was no gas. Which made me upset because I was told if we didn't fill up our rental, we would get fined, so I spent $22 on gas for one of your vehicles and then had to spend $40 to fill up mine. On top of that, there was mud ALL over my running boards, side of the Jeep, and under the tires like someone had taken it for a joy ride. I was honestly pretty disappointed. I do appreciate it being fixed and running like it's supposed to, but other than that, very disappointing. I have not made a complaint because I am still in shock that this is how I got my vehicle back. More

The advisor was good at keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle, and I loved the video they sent me explaining what was going on with my truck. This is my 3rd time coming to this location for an oil change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other sto change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other stores take 15 min. Everyone walks around like they are so busy but in reality nothing is getting done. What is the point in scheduling a appointment when it takes a FULL DAY to change the oil. I am very displeased with this location and quite frankly I’m glad my warranty is up so I never have to come back again. Aubrey was very sweet and helpful and I know it wasn’t her fault but the fact that I received a video from the service team showing me what needed to be fixed proves they are wasting my time by looking for stuff I didn’t ask for. My time just like everyone else’s is very valuable and the service team doesn’t seem to understand that. More
