San Antonio Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is a horrible and scary dealer. They convinced me in writing to drive almost two hours for a test drive and then refused a test drive because “they don’t allow test d scary dealer. Bizarre behavior that drove me to Ancira Ram. Save your time (and health) and don’t bother shopping here. More

The sales manager (don't recall his name) deceived me. When settling on a price, he put on paper all kinds of fees and charges that brought a price way more than I was willing to pay. Then he offered what he said was his bottom and i accepted. When I finalized the purchase with the finance manager I did not catch that the price I paid for the truck was actually almost $300 more than the advertised price. I should have caught that, but I incorrectly assumed they were trustworthy. I missed the bait and switch, but I have a large contact list and BBB access. More
