When we showed up, John Dye was there, ready to help. We joked that this was going to be his easiest sale all day. He made the ENTIRE experience enjoyable and he was extremely personable. The ticket price on the window was higher than the price we saw listed on the internet and John made sure we got the internet price, which was awesome! Then, as we were completing the finance paperwork, he used his own personal perks to help bring down the price of the extended warranty to help keep our payments right where we wanted them.
