Afte I had the unfortunate experience of working with this dealership. I purchased new a 2017 Mustang GT Premium with Performance Package from them. After the break-in, I noticed when I ran the vehicle hard the interior would fill with exhaust gasses. Obviously the incompetent techs were not of any help, as I predicted, but the worst part was absolutely the way that Jesus handled (or rather, didn't handle) the situation. He didn't communicate with me, didn't return calls, didn't engage management when asked to, absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life. He treated me poorly, spoke to me poorly, and in general is not someone that should be interacting with customers at all. I took my vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet and traded it in on the FAR superior Camaro SS 1LE to resolve the issue. This dealer, the service department, it's management, and Jesus are the reason why I chose to switch brands entirely. Garbage customer service. More

Something smells odd I am not giving a stellar review of the dealership for several reasons. As a matter of fact the silver lining to the whole process was the Sales Consultant, Michael Donlevy, who was professional, courteous and was the reason why I wanted to take my business across town (I am from Litchfield Park) and become their customer. I was looking at a Ford F-150 Blue Jeans Lariat with the 502a package. Something I had my heart set on. It costs a pretty penny too, and rightfully so, you are getting a very nice truck. Here is where things take a turn, that just left the whole new car buying experience south on me and has me reconsidering the whole car buying process. I left upset and somewhat angry. The first item. The car has 1200 miles on it. The dealer has been driving the car around. By definition, this is a slightly used car and has depreciated by 11%, from every definition of the word and what a car depreciates to when driven off the lot. The dealership was using semantics such as 'It wasn't registered'. They were not willing to consider that fact when negotiating... I find that if I were to do the same thing with that vehicle, they would take more than 11% of the value from that vehicle. They were at best trying to tale 1000 off.... laughable, its a percentage not a dollar figure and it is, by ever sense of the word, used and thus should be treated as such with an understandable depreciation value. The next item that had me scratching my head. I had a sales manager give me an initial quote on the car at around 56K. The car is showing online at 54K. Not only did the sales manager not cross reference their own website, they were not even on the same page as their own online price and quite frankly, the perception was they tried to pull the wool over my eyes. Finally, the GM, who calls the shots, was in negotiations with me this morning, felt he was not budging on price (which, honestly is his own prerogative and needs to understandably make a profit... this is a business after all). But the man reeked of alcohol on a Monday morning. I am not trying to say the man is an alcoholic or that he had been drinking on the job... I am just saying if I held a match up to his mouth there would have been a fire. With that being said, I will not do business any further with them as it seems they do not understand the definition of new versus used, they don't know their own pricing for vehicles and their GM might have a substance abuse problem. I wish we had come to an accord, but it did not happen that way. This is not retaliatory in the fact I didn't get the deal I wanted (just an unfortunate fact). There seems to be some issues and professionalism issues going on behind the scenes. This coming from a 2 time war veteran, military officer who has served his country faithfully for 17 years and counting. MAJ Jonathan Reading More

He gave me all the information that I needed so I decided to go to the dealership on Thursday morning to see if we could make a deal. I was trading in a one year old Ford F150 XLT. We completed the negotiations and finished all of the paperwork with finance in about 2.5 hours. It was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Jon Dye to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. The finance manager, Abe Fall, was also great to work with a very efficient. More
