Great experience I have purchased two new vehicles in the past several years from Ford when in lived in Pennsylvania. While there, I was just looking around at the various vehicle inventory and I had no real intentions of buying at this time. I had the opportunity to speak to Eric Jones who is one of the salesman. Jones was easy going, likeable and a personable individual. It took me about three days and I decided to trade in my Ford Focus and purchase a Pre-owner Ford Escape. Jones was the reason I made the purchase. He was not pushy in any way and never pressured me into buying. The same goes for his manager, Ralph Tusing. Tusing fully explained things and we worked together and agreed on a price that fit our budget. Finally closing the deal with business manager, Joe Pilman. Pilman got me the best possible interest rate. The aforementioned staff at Sanders Ford was one of the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Hands down the best buying experience i have ever had! I went in to the dealership thinking that it was gonna be a long process of sitting around waiting while they sent my credit out to ever single credit I went in to the dealership thinking that it was gonna be a long process of sitting around waiting while they sent my credit out to ever single creditor known to man, quit the opposite they only sent it to a very min number so as not to red flag my credit. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about they line up of vehicles. He asked me what i was looking for, color, motor, size and out he went. Brought me two that matched exactly what i was looking for and sure enough one was a definite! I spent a total of about 3 hrs from the time i got there til i left in my new truck. I recommend this dealership and this specific salesman to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable purchase. Also i bought my truck wed and it is now sat, i can pick up my phone and call or text my salesman and he will give me a call or text back. And the sale is final already he could just ignore my questions like ive had some salesmans in the past do but not this one. Above and beyond should be there moto!
