Ford was not the top prospect for buying from, but my salesperson made me feel li I was on a hunt for a vehicle to purchase in a short amount of time. What put Ford in the drivers seat was the moment that I asked John a question. He said that he would have to look it up and he would get back to me about it. Many other dealerships had made that same promise, but John emailed me later with the answer and additional information. He then was able to quickly locate the vehicle. When it was time to do the paperwork, we requested several changes and they patiently worked with us. The vehicle is great, but it is the customer service that I will always remember. More
