Amazing Customer Service to compliment Amazing Vehicles I was on a hunt for a vehicle to purchase in a short amount of time. Ford was not the top prospect for buying from, but my salesperson made me feel li I was on a hunt for a vehicle to purchase in a short amount of time. Ford was not the top prospect for buying from, but my salesperson made me feel like a priority and not just a commission number. He was attentive and constantly tried to find information. What put Ford in the drivers seat was the moment that I asked John a question. He said that he would have to look it up and he would get back to me about it. Many other dealerships had made that same promise, but John emailed me later with the answer and additional information. He then was able to quickly locate the vehicle. When it was time to do the paperwork, we requested several changes and they patiently worked with us. The vehicle is great, but it is the customer service that I will always remember. More

Best experience I've had buying a new truck. As the title says this was the best experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle! Jason Brown was a pleasure to work with. So much so that I drove 5 hours from Roanoke VA to your dealership to purchase from him. I looked in my local area and didn't feel I was getting the deal I wanted. I called Jason and he not only had the truck I wanted he beat the price I had from my local dealership by a good margin. Enough to make me drive the 5 hours there. he had everything ready when I showed up. All I had to do was sign the paperwork at the agreed upon price. I will be sending everyone I know not only to Sanders Ford but to see Jason Brown. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and this is the first time I've walked away 100% happy that I got the best deal. His level of customer service is head and shoulders above anyone I've ever worked with. More

Quick and easy new truck purchase. I have been looking for a new 2015 Ford F150 Lariat or Platinum to purchase but everytime I saw one I was interested in on the internet, the dealershi I have been looking for a new 2015 Ford F150 Lariat or Platinum to purchase but everytime I saw one I was interested in on the internet, the dealership either special ordered it or the owner is driving it. The above scenario happened at Sanders Ford in Jacksonville. I saw a F150 Lariat truck on the internet as being in Sanders Ford inventory. When I called, Cassandra Humbert informed me this Lariat was special ordered for one of Sanders' employees. I asked Cassandra if there was any way I could come see the vehicle when it comes in to see how the black on black looked. I was not sure of the color scheme I wanted. Cassandra called me when the truck arrived and the owner allowed me to look at his truck. I did not particularly like the black on black color scheme. there was a 2015 Silver F150 Platinum on the lot and it caught my eye, so I purchased it. If it wasn't for Cassandra's loyalty to Sanders Ford and outstanding Customer Service, coupled with Art Hoyt's excellent customer service and salesmanship, I wouldn't be loving the drive of my new 2015 Ford F150 Paltinum.
