New Experience New Outlook The day I took my Ford Freestar into the Service department for Mechanical issues to be checked out. Peter Marzouk was one of the first people to greet me and hand me a business card to come see him if I ever had any future plans on purchasing a vehicle. JB Bryant from the service department was able to get my Van checked out in the service department and called me back in an expedient amount of time on repair information for my Van. With hesitation I decided to see what my options were if I traded my van in and to go see the friendly salesman, Peter Marzouk. Peter Marzouk was very patient, kind, and had an outgoing upbeat personality. He was easy to talk to and listened to my needs and wants I expected in a vehicle. He also showed genuine interest in answering any questions or concerns I had with the purchasing process. He took the time to break all the financing options down to me so I could make a sound decision on my own to fit my budget. Peter showed me all the features the car had to offer and set some things up for me before I drove away in my new 2014 Ford Focus SE....I will definitely recommend other people to go here since my experience with Peter at the Sanders Ford Dealership completely changed my outlook and attitude about being so weary of purchasing a car. The Joy of Buying from Sanders Ford My wife & I don't buy cars often. We tend to own our cars long-term. In the past 20 years we had only purchased two vehicles. So when it came time to purchase another car, we were a little intimidated by the process. You often hear from friends & family about bad experiences suffered when dealing with car sales people - the high pressure sales, the double talk used to confuse you, etc.. We walked onto the Sanders Ford lot expecting the same. Boy, were we surprised! Working with Joy Thompson, our sales lady, and Mykola Sywanyk, our finance officer, was a treat! There was no pressure. No double talk. Just good, honest folk who listened to us and our needs. They made us feel that making sure we got the right vehicle was the most important thing to them, not how much commission they might be making off us. We couldn't be happier with our experience, or with our vehicle. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will be heading to Sanders Ford and seeking Joy Thompson & Mykola Sywanyk to sell it to us. Their customer service is Outstanding! More
