So when it came time to purchase another car, we were a little intimidated by the process. You often hear from friends & family about bad experiences suffered when dealing with car sales people - the high pressure sales, the double talk used to confuse you, etc.. We walked onto the Sanders Ford lot expecting the same. Boy, were we surprised! Working with Joy Thompson, our sales lady, and Mykola Sywanyk, our finance officer, was a treat! There was no pressure. No double talk. Just good, honest folk who listened to us and our needs. They made us feel that making sure we got the right vehicle was the most important thing to them, not how much commission they might be making off us. We couldn't be happier with our experience, or with our vehicle. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will be heading to Sanders Ford and seeking Joy Thompson & Mykola Sywanyk to sell it to us. Their customer service is Outstanding! More

Being a military family, we are always on a very tight budget so I was very worried we would have to break the bank to get our truck up and running again. The people at Sanders Ford were exceptional, especially JB in the service department. He went out of his way to help us get our truck fixed, and he worked with our warranty company to quickly and easily take care of all costs. JB was a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like, and he has won us as a customer for the duration of our station here at Camp Lejeune. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your Ford vehicle needs. More

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a used vehicle offline, as I found the car listing online. I feared that the car would not look or run as good as the listing advertised. However, the vehicle that I viewed online was exactly what the pictures and description in the internet listing suggested. Actually, the vehicle looked better in person. My car salesman, Mr. Damon Fairchild, was extremely friendly and approachable. He made it his duty to sell me the car that I requested although it was initially out of my price range. I However, we were able to agree upon a reasonable price and finalized the deal. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and car buying experience at Sanders Ford and will/have shared my experience with my fellow colleagues. Sanders Ford Swansboro I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get I have been looking for a good used Ford F150 for a few months. Damon went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not only did I get an F150 but it has a king cab 4 door and was in excellent shape. within the first 100 miles the engine light came on and the engine was running rough. The vehicle, of course, was sold as is and once you drive it off the lot its your responsibility. However, once Damon heard about it he went to bat for me and the service department fixed the problem without delay Tiffany also helped a lot. The truck is running great.
