In September, I found a note in my phone that said "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. He is knowledgeable, realistic, personable and always gives me detailed information about my vehicle so I can make an informed decision.
