Mykola Sywanyk also worked extremely hard to get me an outstanding interest rate on my loan. I was previously approved at a much higher rate, but he was determined to get better (and he did!). I signed my papers yesterday feeling very pleased with my experience. I am concerned that the consumer is going to be shortchanged on their trade in the future. The use of the trusted appraisal tools of Blue Book and Black Book seem to be taken over by the internet. All automobile companies now call wholesalers and ask them how much they will offer the dealership for your trade in. That is how the last two dealers I have questioned about my car's value appraised my vehicle. This practice would seem to rely solely on the credibility and honesty of the wholesaler. It is human nature to offer what is best for yourself not the customer. The customer has no way to verify what the wholesaler is offering. This is pretty ambiguous. More
