We've been using Sanders Ford since 2001 and more specifically Ralph Tusing since our 2006 purchase. In total we have bought 5 vehicles with this company. Each time (including this purchase) the staff is very approachable, knowledgeable, and not trying to sway your decision to earn an extra commission. Ralph Tusing exhausted all efforts in our case by taking us to their sister dealership in Swansboro in an attempt to match us with a couple of different options that met our criteria. Ralph as always is a professional and expert in his field who eased the vehicle purchasing process for me and my family. Not only did they satisfy my personal need for a vehicle but they also worked with me in order to buy a second used vehicle that I bought for a family member. The ease of a two-vehicle purchse could not be duplicated by any other dealer in my opinion.
