I'd very recently gotten back from a deployment and was in the market for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted; a good deal on a used Ford Fusion. As soon as I stepped onto the lot, my salesman, Peter, was in the market for a car. I knew exactly what I wanted; a good deal on a used Ford Fusion. As soon as I stepped onto the lot, my salesman, Peter, approached me and my group of friends without any hesitation. This makes sense obviously as a salesman's first obligation is to move product. With that said however, after telling him what kind of product I was looking for, he immediately led me in the right direction without any distractions. I contrast this with other dealerships I'd been to where they kept trying to push other products on me that I had no interest in. This change was refreshing and I noticed this fact immediately. I went for a test drive, liked the car, and had every intention of buying it. So we get into the office, sit down and start doing business. The computers are down. The dealership gets me set up to take the car home that night and come back the next day. I do so. The dealership managed to beat my interest rate for my pre-approved loan from a local credit union. They got the car all set up, cleaned real nice, and Peter threw in a complimentary vanity plate (out of his own pocket, I'm pretty sure.), and I was on my way after only a couple hours. To put it simply, my car buying experience at Sanders Ford was great. I never once felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. Any questions I had were answered prompt and thoroughly and the customer service in general was outstanding. Not just from my salesman, but from the entire staff from the detailers, to the financial specialist and anyone else in between. I felt comfortable the entire time. More
This is the fourth truck I have purchased from Sanders, the third that Ralph has helped with. The only thing that I was surprised about and this is NO DIG AGAINST RALPH., he is an exceptional salesman and the third that Ralph has helped with. Is the fact that the first oil change is not free as all the others were, it was not a factor in my decision to purchase my F150 but a change that was not expected. I told Ralph about this and he told me to see him when I come in for my first oil change. I guess that Sanders wants the profit over every thing else. More
I came to Sanders Ford looking to trade in my 1999 Ford F350 for a more fuel efficient car. When I arrived everyone was very friendly. I ended up working with Michael Coloton. Eric Jones went an extra mile to help find a 2014 Expedition with 4 wheel drive. I thought that I wanted to downsize to an Explorer with 4 wheel drive but in test driving an explorer realized that t Expedition with 4 wheel drive. I thought that I wanted to downsize to an Explorer with 4 wheel drive but in test driving an explorer realized that the back seat was way too small. He was always positive when I was driving the Explorer knowing that I would probably go back to the Expedition. He also help when I wanted to use a preferred lender with the financing of my new car. My husband and I have been looking at cars over the past three months. We had our choices narrowed down to 3 different brands. The Dodge Charger, Nissan Maxima or the Ford Taurus. We went with Ford because of the outstanding level of commitment that Michael Coloton gave us. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon. Closing was at 6:00 p.m. and it was close to 7:00 p.m. before we left. He took the time to answer all our questions, showed us features on the car that we were not aware of and took the time to explain to us the difference between regular air filled tires vs. nitrogen filled tires. On Monday, Michael continued his work to get us what we wanted. We did not haggle over pricing nor have we ever done this with the purchase of a car. I work for a local company and help run a business. I understand that there is a mark up on everything. Every company must have one in order for them to keep their doors open. We told Michael what our payments needed to be and how long we wanted to pay for the car. By 6:00 p.m. on Monday we were taking our new 2014 Ford Taurus home. This is our 7th car over 24 years. This was the best experiences we have had. There was no hassle or work on our part. This car has been the talk of family and friends all week. Thank you for such as great car More
John was was an awesome salesman didn't try to cram anything down my throat. Listened to what I was looking for and helped me out.
