Made an appointment for 10 am to test drive an Edge Limited. Ralph was right on time with a list of available Edges with the options I wanted. I told him which I wanted to drive. After the test drive we went in his office, he input the info in the computer and he made me an offer and explained how he came up with the figures. I had already done research and knew what I was willing to pay. It actually worked out to a little less than my estimate. My husband was pleasently surprised at the deal. We were in and out of the dealership with the new car and papers signed in under 3 hours. Ralph made the buying experience almost enjoyable. He understood I wanted a bottom line price the first time and did not try to play games with numbers. Next time I am in the market, I will diffently go back to see Ralph at Sanders Ford. More
