I had a in and out purchase i knew what I wanted. I drove 4 hours to look at the vehicle and it was a done deal. The dealership did delivery my truck to me the next day which was awesome. The only problem I have and still have is the spare key never came with the truck. I've waited two weeks for the key and the problem has not been resolved. I spoke to a sales manager but he had no idea of the situation with the key. He never got back with me. The salesman Anthony Johnson is wants me to wait on the mail after two weeks as a customer i shouldn't have to wait any longer to get this resolved. I've been patient but it wears thin after awhile. Once I get this key I may feel different but for now not happy. If I purchase a key it could cost over 200 and I want what's mine. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS POST!!!!! The dealership made right what was my problem with the key situation I thank you for that and now I'd recommend them. The next time if things are mailed we get tracking numbers for both the dealer and customer. Mail is not always reliable and tracking numbers keep them in line.. Thank you for my second key. More

I have waited a year to write this review because I was hoping I was wrong about their finance lady. Turns out I was correct in thinking she changed the deal to add 4k to the car I purchased, Everything st hoping I was wrong about their finance lady. Turns out I was correct in thinking she changed the deal to add 4k to the car I purchased, Everything started out great with Art as my salesman. Art was amazing working for the deal even after we left. He texted me 3 times with pictures of the deals he was trying to make. I said to my wife if he is working this hard after we leave he will work hard for us even after the sale. We went back and bought a 2024 Mustang GT premium and the deal was supposed to be they pay off my trade and we would be out the door at 48k and some change with 4k down. Once I was called into the finance office that is when things took a turn, You see I suffer from a brain injury and the finance lady was telling me about her ex who also has PTSD and a TBI so I said I understand because I am always forgetting things. she looked at the paperwork and said this isn't right and walked out of the room and when she came back in she smiled and said so you forget things, I said all the time but I have learned to live with it. I guess I should have told her when my PTSD wakes up It causes me to remember everything that takes place at that moment. She smiled again and said well ok then something was wrong with the paperwork and I had to go correct it. What I didn't realize was she was changing the numbers by adding 4k to the deal and it wasn't until my wife sat down and took a look that we realized that this woman took advantage of my TBI and changed the deal. I didn't catch it because she had brought up some stuff about Afghanistan and asked me if anyone I knew died and she kept provoking that kind of conversation, I was trying to man up and keep doing the paperwork so I missed the added 4k. So I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because of this one lady. More
