Just a little too bust mid day with one person in finance. I guess everyone was ready to sign their paperwork at one time.I know all companies are having challenges with staffing. My dad was up at the office earlier that day and thought he was approved and was just picking up the vehicle. A courtesy call would have been nice. I think a Text, emails, things, technology that are available could have sped the process up with some of the prep work online. ANY additional signing info from a cosigner..doc u sign, etc and doing your validation upon arrival. He was very impatient and because of that slow process we spent another 4 hours in your place og budiness and he was ready to start over at another place or different vehicle the following day. More

Emory and Randy provided exceptional service with our recent purchase of a 2022 Ford Ranger. Although new truck availability has been a challenge, Emory was able to offer us a vehicle that had been orde recent purchase of a 2022 Ford Ranger. She quickly sent us a window sticker which we reviewed and found to be pretty much what we were looking for. She then sent their best “out-the-door” price for the truck which turned out to be in our price range and we readily accepted their offer. When the vehicle arrived, we received a call from Randy who would have all the paperwork ready and available upon our arrival. Took my 2022 F450 in for tire rotation and balance. Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was Picked it up 5 days later, truck was unsafe to drive. Took truck back and waited another week to find out they had not balanced two wheels. Truck was still unsafe to drive as even stated by service manager. Gave the truck to service for another week. They took the truck to two other shops. Removed liquid weights and added beads to balance. It’s drivable but not over 72 miles an hour. Service Manager is completely inept. While breaking down tires 2x the dealership tore up my polished aluminum (factory) wheels. They agreed to have my wheels polished out and then 3 days later get a call from GM refusing to repair my wheels. Sub par work and sub par attitude. This is the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. More
