"World Class Service: I had been shopping for a Terrain Denali, White and came across the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an email to them and within 30 minutes the conversa I had been shopping for a Terrain Denali, White and came across the exact vehicle I wanted. I sent an email to them and within 30 minutes the conversation started and went on from Monday to Saturday when we showed up from Burlington NC to pick up the vehicle.4 Staff touched me through the entire process and I received the same great service from each one of them. We worked 3 different scenarios, 1)trading my wife's car, 2) trading my car, 3) of which I bought the vehicle outright. I can be very tedious in my negotiations and not once did Brennan get short or frustrated with me. I too am in sales and customer service so I fully understand how easy it could have been to do so.Nothing but true professionalism and I gained a friend in the process. More

We decided another Ford Fusion was what we needed and found a replacement at Sanders Ford. Kelsey gave us excellent customer service. She was extremely patient when I found myself trying to decide between 2 very similiar Fusions only to stay with the the original. Steve, in the finance department, found us extra discounts. Saving money always makes me happy! I usually dread the "car buying experiwnce" , but at Sanders Ford it was an extremely pleasant and stress free. Will definitely buy from them again! More
