Edie our car was involved in a hit and run we did not think it was possible to do so until everything was taken care of with the insurance company, so that was problem number one second problem we were having was our car was extremely upside down so we needed to find a vehicle with great rebates to fit with in our price range which was going to be tuff to do. Alexio's made it happen he took our car as a trade in under the stipulation of our insurance company would fix the damage, her ft is an extra 500 for our trade and got them to come down a couple of thousand dollars to get us in the vehicle..would recommend alexios to anyone he out shines any salesman I have ever delt with with only deal with him going forward for all my family's car purchases.. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and not pressured, as I have at other dealerships. I went in to see a specific used SUV and when Christina found it had sold only ours before, she worked to help me find a vehicle that I would be comfortable towing a camper and with a price that wouldn't cause me too much sticker shock. Having always wanted a truck, it was the perfect timing to purchase a new 2018 F-150 at a better price. Christina worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and I never felt pressured by the staff once. Christina spent about 7 hours working with me, making sure we received a good price for our trade, and was very patient while I decided whether to buy. Peter, in financing, was also great. He made sure we were comfortable with the warranty options we purchased. This was my third experience with a dealer, my first at Sanders, and by far the best of the three. I definitely recommend Sanders and Christina. More

It is five years old and 102,000 miles. This was completed without hesitation. Work estimates are always provided at least orally and are accurate.
