Amazing buyer experience I'm from Jacksonville but live in Greensboro. I found my dream car in Winston Salem but wanted to be able to have my parents help me in the first time I'm from Jacksonville but live in Greensboro. I found my dream car in Winston Salem but wanted to be able to have my parents help me in the first time car buying experience. So the guys at Sanders went and got my exact car from Winston and brought it to Jacksonville. As soon as we got there Sean pulled my car around, handed me the keys and let me test drive until the next day. I needed several documents for the car loan and Sean was very quick at getting them made up for me and faxed to the right places. He explained to me the prices and every fee in detail to make sure I understood what all I was paying for. Paying for the car was a breeze and getting all the paperwork signed took about 20 minutes. While I was doing that my new car got detailed and filled up with gas. Sean helped me sync my phone up with the car, answered my last couple of questions (what does that button do?), and even posed with with me for my moms obsessive picture taking. Such a lovely experience! More

It was six months ago and I really wanted to trade in my used 2013 Ford Focus for a Hybrid rental. I thought my credit was clear of bankruptcy was over, but because of my inexperience in the matter I was not. I also had a bad day, which left me a wounded crying mess in Valarie's office.The thing I noticed was that Valarie seemed to stay focused and concerned to my pain and the reasons why I was in financial straights. I cried and Valarie told me that she was going to keep in touch with me and she was going to get me in a new car. I left 45 mins later. August 7th was my birthday, my phone rang and it was Valarie! I was completely surprised and happy that she called me on this happy day. On August 24th I was sitting at my desk at work and not expecting anything good because I am still recovering from a horrific fall. Valarie phoned me ashed me a couple of questions the next thing I know, it's 4 o'clock and I am heading to Sanders Ford on Lejeune Blvd. Incredibly enough, we went for a test drive in my BRAND NEW RUBY RED FORD FUSION!!!! WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, I RANG THE COW BELLS AND WAITED FOR MY 2017 TO COME TO ME AT THE FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP. I AM STILL OVER THE SOLAR ECLIPSE DUE TO THIS SPECIAL MOMENT. I grew up poor and everything i ever owned was a hand me down, but not my "RUBY RED". That's her name and i am going to buy my daughters car from Valarie and will always be a FORD WOMAN, BECAUSE VALARIE SAID, " I'M GOING TO KEEP UP WITH YOU AND WE ARE GOING TO BUY YOU A NEW CAR RHONDA!
