Outstanding personal care after bad accident. After being in a horrific MVA while my wife and I were on vacation on 17 August Eric Jones was my third call after family and insurance company. His After being in a horrific MVA while my wife and I were on vacation on 17 August Eric Jones was my third call after family and insurance company. His first thought was were we okay. We were. At that point I wasn't sure if the vehicle was going to be totaled. It was. He knew how much we loved our 2015 Explorer which was our second Explorer. In fact since the car was totaled I asked my wife did she want to look at a different auto. She said why would we change since the Explorer saved her life twice (she was in a Sport Trac when hit on drivers side by a 350# black bear). Mr Jones made sure he had found us the Explorer we wanted. He worked with Tim Ramsey to make sure we got credit for unused rebates on extended warranties. Vehicle at delivery was perfect and uneventful. Eric Jones and the Sanders Ford SWANSBORO,NC. Is a great dealership. By the way their Service Department is also great. More

Excellent Called the service department the morning of July 26 to schedule an appointment. Got the appointment same day at 10:45 am. When I purchased my Fusion I also purchased the Premium Care package. It was well worth it. I walked out and did not pay a thing for tire rotation, oil change, multi point inspection. Plus they took care of a recall I did not know about. Emily Smith was wonderful to work with, she kept everyone waiting on their care informed of how much longer they would be. More

Worked with me to get the best price for tires. Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the Emilie and staff were very helpful in getting me the best price for a new set of tires. Saved me over $300.00! Wow. Also they found an issue with the lug nuts when changing the tires. The staff explained the problem and even though they didn't have to did not charge me for a new set of lug nuts. I guess Ford Fusions have been having issues with their lug nuts expanding which requires them being replaced. This is not Sanders problem but Ford's, and Sanders Ford took it upon themselves to correct it. The Sanders Ford Team has it right when it comes to customer service. More
