Was going to buy again earlier this year but felt like I was getting hussled. Probably won't buy again from Sanders but will continue to use the Service Department. They are always easy to deal with. My service writer did an excellent job of letting me communicate with the technician and making calls to get the parts delivered in a timely manner that minimized my time waiting for the service to be completed. She called Kettrells and obtained the best parts for our vehicle and had them delivered immediately. I was in a rush as I had to fly my plane to Greensboro for an appointment and then to the Raliegh area for another appointment. I was not expecting to have that much work done on the brakes but glad I did it. I also appreciate how they don't try to upsell services you don't need right now. Please have a courtesy car or the ability to rent one overnight. More
