Until the next day I get a conformation email and at the bottom next to her name I see swansboro, not Jacksonville . So time for a call, Jacksonville says bring it in at 1:30 It will be done 4ish . So the first service was free and they squeezed me in just in time for the drive north for the long weekend. More

I like the persistence to get my vehicle serviced properly For one: have the proper dealership in these surveys. In my case, the Swansboro store. My service writer did an excellent job of letting me comm For one: have the proper dealership in these surveys. In my case, the Swansboro store. My service writer did an excellent job of letting me communicate with the technician and making calls to get the parts delivered in a timely manner that minimized my time waiting for the service to be completed. She called Kettrells and obtained the best parts for our vehicle and had them delivered immediately. I was in a rush as I had to fly my plane to Greensboro for an appointment and then to the Raliegh area for another appointment. I was not expecting to have that much work done on the brakes but glad I did it. I also appreciate how they don't try to upsell services you don't need right now. Please have a courtesy car or the ability to rent one overnight. More
