My service writer did an excellent job of letting me communicate with the technician and making calls to get the parts delivered in a timely manner that minimized my time waiting for the service to be completed. She called Kettrells and obtained the best parts for our vehicle and had them delivered immediately. I was in a rush as I had to fly my plane to Greensboro for an appointment and then to the Raliegh area for another appointment. I was not expecting to have that much work done on the brakes but glad I did it. I also appreciate how they don't try to upsell services you don't need right now. Please have a courtesy car or the ability to rent one overnight. More
