That's what I call fantastic customer service! One question though, why did I not hear about the recall on my vehicle via email or US mail from Ford? I was only notified when I took my truck into service at the Swansboro Ford Service Center. In this day and age recalls should be immediate notification with the multiple lines of communication we have available vice what I experienced in not being notified till I brought in for service by the local service center itself. I ask Ford headquarters this question? Not the local service center. More

Sanders Ford has set the bar for customer service! There hasn't been one visit where I left feeling aggravated or disappointed! Your greeted immediately when walking through the door and your taken car There hasn't been one visit where I left feeling aggravated or disappointed! Your greeted immediately when walking through the door and your taken care of right then. I have been in several unscheduled times due to my tire light being on and NOT once did they tell me i would have to wait. They took my truck back ASAP and someone would bring it back up moments later with air put in them. At my appointments I have never waited an unreasonable amount of time to have my truck serviced! Everyone has always been polite! By far the nicest car dealership i have EVER dealt with! More
