I come to find out later is was Alaska USA. This bank stinks. It has no flexibility in loan payments. Also, it was not clear nor was it explained to me about the purchase discounts ... the Sands Chevrolet discount was hidden in the purchase contract.. Also, technical knowledge about various aspects involved my new vehicle was lacking. Sales personnel need to know about all aspects of the vehicles they sell ... specifically, OnStar ... Recommend you review your Finance Manager practices and ethics and start training your Sale personnel. More
