Great experience I recently took my Silverado in for an oil change and a recall repair. Upon arrival I was told there was a second recall. The service advisor, Karo, had me on my way in less than 2 hours. I was pretty happy about that. He kept me informed at each step. This was a great service experience. More

Last minute request and Sands Service handled it I phoned late on a Friday to get an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I phoned and spoke with my service manager Matthew. He is always pleasant I phoned late on a Friday to get an oil change and tire balance/rotation. I phoned and spoke with my service manager Matthew. He is always pleasant and has an infectious smile you even feel through the phone. Even tho he would not be available on Saturday he set the appointment and made certain my parts (limited edition diesel car) were available for the job to limit my wait time. Matt is great to work with and has restored my confidence with Sands. Jake took over on Saturday and my vehicle service went off without a hitch. I brought my Grandson with me because he loves to see the collector cars on the Showroom. He also enjoyed a doughnut and hot cocoa. Thank you Matt and Jake.
