GREAT SERVICE I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN HE FOUND OUT WHAT THE MATTER WAS IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DIFFERENIAL OIL WAS BURNT. THEY REPLACED THE DIFFERENTIAL IN A FEW DAYS AND I WAS ON MY WAY AGAIN. I HAVE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EXCEPT ONE TIME WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HENRY SMITH AS MY SERVICE ADVISOR. HE HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME FAIRLY. HE DOES NOT BELIEVE IN HAVING ANY UNNECSSARY WORK THAT DOES NOT NEED TO BE PERFORMED. HE TREATS ME LIKE FAMILY More

First time service for my new truck I bought from you I made an appointment online. When I arrived I wasn't greeted for at least 10 minutes. Then I was asked what I was doing there. I guess they were not I made an appointment online. When I arrived I wasn't greeted for at least 10 minutes. Then I was asked what I was doing there. I guess they were not expecting me. I had to call to see if my truck was ready a few hours later. I was told it was. So when I arrived I was just told to sign to papers and gave me my keys. I assumed everything was checked out but yesterday my battery died. I went to courtesy Chevrolet. Much better experience overall. They asked me if I wanted the recall fixed that I thought sands took care of. Well you didn't. I just feel like the overall experience with sands service was very disappointing. More
