Best ever...positively outstanding! I am in the military and I've moved a lot many different places across the US and abroad. The service I received from Sands Cheverolet and my service I am in the military and I've moved a lot many different places across the US and abroad. The service I received from Sands Cheverolet and my service advisor Jean was better than the service I received from BMW and Lexus when I owned those makes. Best fof on A to Z, from the moment I pulled up Jean was at my door before I exited, see listened and understood why I brought my Chevy in. From there she set up my shuttle to work and guided me to the coffee, refreshments and breakfast. The lounge was comfortable and I was routinely greeted my other members of staff who ask if I need water or anything else. When he work was complete I was called and upon my arrival I was explained all the work performed and guided to check out and to my car. The prices, better than I found online or at discount tire. I had regular service, new tires, alignment, tire road force balance and a door seal replaced. I will definitely be back Tim and time again for all my service needs, I might just come in to say hello. More

Oil change and window regulator I specifically asked Cairo to plug in my electric vehicle (Volt) when I dropped the car off for repairs. When I went to pick it up, it was sitting in I specifically asked Cairo to plug in my electric vehicle (Volt) when I dropped the car off for repairs. When I went to pick it up, it was sitting in the parking lot, not charging, even though the charging station was not in use. My oil change was fine but when I went to roll down my window, which the regulator was replaced on, it would not roll down. I would have hoped this would have been checked prior to the keys being handed to me. I was already half way home so now I have to drive around without my window working until I return to Sands to have it repaired again. Brian Abbott did apologize several times. More
