Mixed feelings As my title states, I have mixed feelings about my experience. At times I felt like I was getting the run-around from the sales person and that he wa As my title states, I have mixed feelings about my experience. At times I felt like I was getting the run-around from the sales person and that he wasn't entirely focused on my needs. However, he worked with me for getting an amazing deal on the vehicle, so in the long run that is what really mattered most to me. The two big negatives that I had with the experience was first the vehicle I was getting was getting reconditioned by the service team. I asked multiple times for a list of all the work that was being done to the vehicle. I never received a list or printout of the services, even though they added additional costs to the vehicle for the reconditioning. The second issue I had was when it came to delivery of the vehicle. I had to wait 3 days for the dealership to finish the reconditioning, and when I picked it up, I was excited and left. After leaving the dealership and getting close to home, I realized the vehicle was just about out of gas (less than 1/4 of a tank). In all my previous experiences the vehicles have always been given a full tank. Additionally, even though the vehicle was cleaned, I still found some trash in the vehicle and dirt on the roof. So even though it was washed and somewhat detailed, you could tell it was a quick job to get the vehicle out the door. In all, I was happy with my visit because I feel I got an amazing deal on my vehicle and that is all that matters. The other stuff isn't as important, but I could easily see those issues being a problem with other shoppers. More

No doesn't mean no with them no matter how many times you say it. I was bothered in the waiting area while waiting for my car to be fixed, I wasn't even in the sales area. Then when my car was finished and I got it almost home, I realized the lovely new chip in my windshield. When I called, I was told there was NO WAY the chipped window happened with them. Guess I must have dreamed that my windshield was in tact before I got there. The service man was reluctant but finally agreed to fix it. When it gets to that point I won't trade in my cobalt here if it were the last dealership on earth. Luckily there's better, safer cars and dealerships all over the place. More

Crystal explained it all step by step, she was so professional but, was super relaxed and to me, that makes all the difference! couldn't be happier!!!! More

Ken was amazing I took my 2007 Malibu in for some maintenance and had the pleasure to work with Ken. He was polite the whole way through and did anything and everythi I took my 2007 Malibu in for some maintenance and had the pleasure to work with Ken. He was polite the whole way through and did anything and everything to make sure things were done right. His communication skills were awesome as he would call me with updates every so often. In the end I was a happy customer and will be going there from here on out. More
