Running board change I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The truck had sat on the lot for some time and the chrome running boards had some tarnish that the detailed cou I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The service department changed out the running boards and they look nice. The service writer called me and told me the truck was finished and they also washed it. I picked up the truck late, almost closing. Surprised to say the boards looked nice but the truck was still very dirty. They did not wash it. No problem except they said they did. More

Backed out on deal Was working with Paul who was great. Had a great deal lined up and was willing to drive all day to get the car. Terrible communication and no consideration for the customer. After a week of being run around I find out they hadn't recieved my check which I was told to send so I couldn't get my car. I told them to send it right back when they got it, I was done being run around. They didn't even try to fix the situation, just said okay. That car is still rotting on their books today. Buy a car from anyone but these guys, you're better off. More

Remote Start issue My sales rep Joey stated that the remote start to the car I bought would work before I left. It did not... and after a return trip to get it resolved My sales rep Joey stated that the remote start to the car I bought would work before I left. It did not... and after a return trip to get it resolved he made the comment that he was not sure if that was covered under the Recon after the sale. The service manager was very friendly, but was not happy that the sales rep did not tell him I was coming in and had limited time to get the work performed. As of now my remote start still does not work, and I have to take it to a different dealer to get resolved. More
