Professional and knowledgeable Let’s face it, buying a car can go one of two directions! Having Andrew as my sales person definitely was the 'right' direction! I would recommend using Andrew Pennington for your next auto purchase and this being my second car that I’ve purchased from Sands Chevrolet, I would recommend them too! My only (trivial) complain of the dealership is that nonstop country music they play!!! More
