Kept in contact with me the whole time and said they would have to finish it on Monday, which they did, was helpful to have the courtesy car take me home and pick me up as I had no one to do that for me. Professional and knowledgeable Let’s face it, buying a car can go one of two directions! Having Andrew as my sales person definitely was the 'right' direction! He is very knowledgeable about the brand/product, not pushy and handled the transaction in a manner that makes the car buying purchase enjoyable. I would recommend using Andrew Pennington for your next auto purchase and this being my second car that I’ve purchased from Sands Chevrolet, I would recommend them too! My only (trivial) complain of the dealership is that nonstop country music they play!!! More

Dead battery I had to get a jump start to get to the dealership and had no appointment. Matthew was courteous and friendly.
