My service advisor, Jean Jajou was very helpful with all issues and kept I recently had 3 vehicles serviced in addition to recall items on 2 of the 3. In particular, Andrew Pennington was wonderful to work with and my husband and I have bought one car from him and just recently leased another and will continue to go to him for any other vehicles we need. Andrew is not pushy like some salesmen can be and seemed to genuinely care about getting us the best deal possible. When we worked with him the second time he remembered person details about our family that showed he really paid attention to us and and was determined to give us the best car buying experience possible. 2013 Malibu My overall experience was excellent. The salesman (Joey) and staff were friendly and helpful. I have only one problem. After I purchased the vehicle I My overall experience was excellent. The salesman (Joey) and staff were friendly and helpful. I have only one problem. After I purchased the vehicle I realized there wasn’t a spare tire. Had I know this before, I would have asked about purchasing one during financing of the vehicle. The spare tire is over 500 dollars. I understand this is my fault for not checking but feel I should have been told during the vehicle walk around. The tire pump is great but commuting in a rural area has me feeling uneasy as it could take hours for a tow truck to show up. More
