Got a call yesterday. "Come on in we can upgrade your car and keep you at the same payment." I told him what my payment was he said "No problem it won't go up and you will get a new car." Wasted 3 h your car and keep you at the same payment." I told him what my payment was he said "No problem it won't go up and you will get a new car." Wasted 3 hours there and they told me that the car I bought from them 11mos. ago is upside down by 7500. Told them So you ripped me off 11mos age then and was told "Well I wasnt here then so I don't know what to tell ya. If you tell someone you can keep there payment the same with nothing down you should honor your words. Shame on you Sands remember YOU called me. More
