Very disappointed! Robert was my service advisor, had to drop off my car brand new car I just bought and the tint was not installed properly, so I made an appointment fo Robert was my service advisor, had to drop off my car brand new car I just bought and the tint was not installed properly, so I made an appointment for Saturday. Dropped off the car and when it was done he called me to pick it up I went into service lobby , when I approached his desk I introduced my self and that I was there to pick up my car all he did was hand me the keys and said was " its parked out there so you see it " . He didn't even walk out with me to show me the work that was done to it . I inspected it myself and found it was still not installed properly because there was still bubbles in the tint. I didn't feel like dealing with Robert again so I just left . More

I really enjoy going to Sands for their service people do not try and nickel and dime you. All the personnel at Sands That I have come in contact with are really into service after the sale. They always take time to say hello and to see if everything is ok. The personnel there are top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them or even by another car through them. Why is it shaking? I brought my Silverado in with a vibration at highway speeds.
