We bought a vehicle a few weeks ago. It's been back in their service garage for over two weeks. All we get is stories and lies... I'm not impressed with them at all. They pass the buck from one to another and the phone doesn't work for outgoing calls. We call and are told "I'll have him call you right back" but they never call back.. This is absolutely ridiculous that It's almost time for my first payment and I still don't have my vehicle.Their full inspection of used vehicles is a joke. Neither side mirror moved to the left and I have no brake lights. And I'm not even sure of what else might not work since I haven't had the vehicle long enough to try it out. I had it one week, they had it back for a week. I had it a few days and they've had it since. More

Worst. Experience. Ever. Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I fina Bought new 2020 Traverse. It had a few factory defects in the paint that was on the “we owe” to fix. After 2.5 weeks of following up with them, I finally got it in to the shop. It’s been over a month and we still don’t have our new car back yet!!!! They said it was ready, we went there to pick it up, it looked worse than before. Their Glendale collision shop did a horrible job and I cannot believe they were going to give me the car back to me like that. I’ve had 5 different managers apologize, say they will follow up, call me on this day, send me emails. Nothing! Going directly to GM to try and find answers. More

He kept me in the loop on the issue being fixed as well as how much longer I had to wait. He added a coupon to my service fee which helped tremendously with the cost. He also guided me to a salesman that he trusted to show me a few vehicles that I may be interested in buying. I spoke with a few others at an earlier date that weren’t as pleasant which persuaded me to not get service at this location but Bryan changed my outlook on the service center in surprise. I will be back. Thank you! More

He even hooked us up the all State agent there at the dealership so we we're able to get the truck on the insurance before we left. He answered all of our questions. I'm glad we did. He is super friendly. He listens to the customers and is really great at matching them with exactly what they need. We were really nervous about buying a new truck, but David did an amazing job explaining everything to us. He even answered a lot of our questions before we asked. He hooked us up with the all-state agent there so we were able to get the truck on our insurance before we left the lot. He made the whole process run smooth and painless as possible. Excellent! I went to Sands a few weeks back. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, so of course I heard all the bewares from family and frie I went to Sands a few weeks back. This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, so of course I heard all the bewares from family and friends. As I walked up, David greated me. He showed me a couple vehicles and was very knowledgeable about all the features. Now that I had options we went in and talked numbers. At no point did David make me feel pressured!
