Upon arrival Vict I called up my longtime service advisor (Victor Morales) late in the day, told him the issues I was having and he said bring it in. As discussed, the issues were corrected and the car was ready the next day to include a car wash. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at Sands Surprise.
