Not very satisfied I made an appointment on line and when I arrived I was not on the schedule. They did take me in which I appreciated but if I take the time to make an I made an appointment on line and when I arrived I was not on the schedule. They did take me in which I appreciated but if I take the time to make an appointment I think something is wrong with your system. Also the car wash I received was not very good. When I got home and looked closer at my car there were black marks and streaks all over the car. The windows had not been cleaned and had all kinds of streaks and even dirt left on them. All in all not very satisfied only hope the technical part was done right. More

Excellence! I came to Sands Chevrolet for the first time to have my 2012 Buick Enclave serviced. Jean, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to I came to Sands Chevrolet for the first time to have my 2012 Buick Enclave serviced. Jean, the service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to please. She said my car would be ready in one and a half hours, and it was. While waiting for my car I checked out the dealership and was impressed with how nice it was and it's cleanliness. The sales reps I met were friendly and professional. I had a nice chat with Paul Mueller, and if I were to purchase a Chevy product again he's the guy I'd be dealing with. I had a chance to sit in the new Impala, and it is certainly a far cry from the new Impala I bought in 1960. It's a very impressive car. I will continue to do business with Sands in the future because my first visit was a very pleasant experience. More

'Corvette service We brought my '08 Vette in for its first service since buying it a few months prior up north. Jean was low/no pressure, honest & fair. I had come in 3 weeks prior to check your service department out & even though there is a Chevy dealer closer to me, I felt more comfortable with Sands. Besides, flying down Northern Parkway is awesome. :) We did speak with Nicholas in sales however, we're not ready to trade this in. I want to enjoy it for a while. I felt more comfortable with Paul who I met on my visit 3 weeks prior. More
