Sands Chevrolet - Surprise - Service Center

AC Problem The AC on this new truck does not perform like I think it Should. After it was checked out, all tests performed appeared to show it was ok. (Well not so) When outside temp is above 105 or so, cool air is practically nonexistent in this truck. I will be back to see service center real soon to address this issue. More

Detail So I came in for a free detail and the appointment was with Jake ( who is awesome btw) however upon arrival was told he was in a meeting. Didn't think So I came in for a free detail and the appointment was with Jake ( who is awesome btw) however upon arrival was told he was in a meeting. Didn't think anything of it. The guy who took my keys and info seemed rushed. Told me it be about 4 hours which I was fine with. This was at 10:00. Come 5pm and nothing. I decided to call. Someone in service picked up and asked if my truck was ready. Guy cake back on the phone and said it's been ready. Ok that pissed me off. Two minutes later someone calls and says oh btw your truck is ready. 20 minutes later I'm there and no jake. Told he left early for the day. Jake has always called me personally and gives me updates if needed. I'm sure he was never there. So for the detail. Horrible. Tires weren't even fully covered in armor all/shine. Back window had water spots and so did all the windows. Like they rolled them down and put them back up after the wash. If this is what I'd get for actually paying for their detail. I'd have better luck at the corner having a bunch of teenage girls wash it for ten bucks and for their fundraiser. More

Flat tire First, I did not know that the Equinox purchased from Sabds was under a roadside warranty. I was prepared to use my own roadside service ( which can a First, I did not know that the Equinox purchased from Sabds was under a roadside warranty. I was prepared to use my own roadside service ( which can always take up to 2 to 3 hours for them to get to my car ) to change a flat tire and drive to Firestone, Discount Tire or someplace to have the tire repaired so I was quite surprised when I found out that my car was still under warranty for repairing the tire at Sands second I was completely overwhelmed with the General Motors roadside service Because I was told the roadside service would be at my house in 10 to 15 minutes in my entire life no roadside service has ever come as quickly or has made a promise to be there that quick Sure enough he was here in 15 minutes and gone in five all I had to do was get in my car and drive to Sands where my tire was repaired and returned to the car along with a nice car wash so what started out as a very confusing day turned out to be a good experience thank you Sands and Justin More
