Service Although the service is good, I believe that a simple oil and filter change should not take 1.5 hours particularly when you have an appointment. Plus when finished the car sits there outside until someone has the time to tell you that your vehicle is ready and I am not sure how long that took. More

Best customer service I have ever experienced I took my 2007 trailblazer in because the A/C was blowing warm when I took off from a stop. My service writer (Robert) was awesome, I didn't have an a I took my 2007 trailblazer in because the A/C was blowing warm when I took off from a stop. My service writer (Robert) was awesome, I didn't have an appointment, he told me that they were booked, but would squeeze me in to get me taken care of, I really appreciated that. I had a warranty through a third party company, and for some reason, they didn't cover what was wrong with my vehicle (bad clutch fan and thermostat), he then proceeded to talk to his service manager and explained what was going on. I am on a tight budget and couldn't afford the expensive repairs, they helped me out by doing what they could on price, I couldn't thank them enough because they really helped me out when I was in bind. I really respect the Service Management and Department at this location? (Sands Chevrolet in Surprise), they saw I was stuck in a situation and besides saying sorry we can't help you, they did anything and everything they could to help me. I really want to thank the Service Manager (Dereck) and Service Writer (Robert) for really helping me out that day. I won't go anywhere else now, this is my location for repairs on my Chevy's for a long time. More

1st Time Fears Came to Fruition The vehicle went in with brake squeal. At the end of day one, i was told it was ready. When i got there it was still in the shop and was not even te The vehicle went in with brake squeal. At the end of day one, i was told it was ready. When i got there it was still in the shop and was not even test driven yet. The test drive failed at closing time. I had already paid for the service. My advisor gave me a ride home as the shuttle had already stopped. On day 2, I was told the vehicle was complete. The shuttle did not show up and I had to walk in 106 degree heat. When I got there my service advisor had gone on vacation. I wandered from advisor to advisor to see who could help. When i walked to the car, it was dirty with shop supplies still in it. When i drove it, the vehicle vibrated and the brakes squalled. I went back and asked for the service manager. He cut me off while i was trying to explain and took the car back in the shop. When he came back and i explained the whole situation, his attitude changed. The mechanic had to stay late. The vehicle is still not fixed. It is throwing error codes now that is was not throwing when i took the vehicle in. I am afraid to take it back. More
