The last time I brought in my car for a small service they caught a bigger problem and it was no hassle to get me into another car for a couple of days and the man who I worked with called me everyday to let me know the progress on my car. They are not pushy and they are fantastic people! More

Diagnosis for engine skip and fast idle I was very pleased with Henry Smiths help for getting my vehicle fixed. Henry had told me the dealership would not nickel and dime me and they would I was very pleased with Henry Smiths help for getting my vehicle fixed. Henry had told me the dealership would not nickel and dime me and they would work hard to find out my vehicles issues. My vehicle was looked at over several days because of the complex issues and I was not charged for the extra time it took to diagnose the vehicle, like most places would probably do. I felt I was treated fair, the charges were fair and Henry helped me with any discounts. Very pleased. More

Always Takes Longer Than Time Quoted I have had my Corvette for 2 years and this is the 3rd time I have had to wait hours longer than the amount of time I am told the service will require I have had my Corvette for 2 years and this is the 3rd time I have had to wait hours longer than the amount of time I am told the service will require. Not only do I have to wait hours longer but this time I requested a quote for some body repair and that was totally forgotten until I arrived to pick up my car. The work done is good but I think the timeliness of the work could be much, much better. More

Excellent service team, Crappy sales team the service department is one of the best service departments i have ever worked with! Bryan there is very friendly and willing to help in whatever wa the service department is one of the best service departments i have ever worked with! Bryan there is very friendly and willing to help in whatever way possible. also he keeps in contact and updates you on whats going on with your vehicle during every step, you are never out of the loop. the sales team though needs some work they just care about selling you the car and don't care about customer service whatsoever they also tack on a bunch of BS fees after you signed the paperwork and you get screwed. in essence DO NOT BUY a car here but if you need SERVICE on a Chevy these are your go to guys More

I had a fantastic experience at your service center......all the people are very courteous,knowledgeable and very friendly....the person that I spoke to was Bryan and I was pleasantly surprised at his professional way of doing business, he told me what the service dept was going to do to the car and what was involved, and asked me if I needed a ride home. I never saw anybody move that quickly to satisfy the customer, excellent service representative... I would recommend Sand's to anyone..keep up the good work..........thank you More
