Bryan was exceptional in his treatment of us! Disappointed After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and the hood was shut on it and broke it into pieces. I called the next day and spoke with a manager was told to come back in I did but the service man wasn't there that day so another gentle took my name and said it would be ordered. I called 2 days later because no one called me I spoke with my service guy and no one left him a note or anything just the broken parts on his desk. My part was finally ordered. Also a front end element was done but now my car pulls to one side horribly when it didn't do that before. Very disappointed with my service this time. Robert was always very friendly , just not happy with the final results. More
