Fast work I previously took my car in because of a leak in the dealership found the leak but a few days later the car continue to leak. I took my car back in a I previously took my car in because of a leak in the dealership found the leak but a few days later the car continue to leak. I took my car back in and Justin told me that he would get it in as soon as he could because the problem should've been fixed the first time. I received a call a couple hours later stating that there was another part that was leaking right next to the previous leak. This part was covered under warranty like the other and taken care of very quickly by the dealership. Justin was very friendly and worked on getting my car back as soon as he could. Service Supreme Had SS in for oil service, tire rotation and two recalls. Was promised work completed in two hours and Matthew delivered along with a washed vehicle. No quality control Started out great, made an appointment for service and tires to be replaced, got a loaner, went to a doctors appointment. Returned loaner and picked u Started out great, made an appointment for service and tires to be replaced, got a loaner, went to a doctors appointment. Returned loaner and picked up my car. The car was supposedly washed but had mud behind the wheel wells. What can you expect for a free wash. When I got home and checked my email Onstar notified me that my air pressure in my tires was low. I checked it on the app and that was right, Woke up the next morning and the Service Tire Monitoring light was on. Brought it back in and they told me no problem , we can just reset it. We will exchange the regular air for nitrogen, it is better. OK so I wait 20 minutes and they drain and refill the tires. Recommended pressure 36 psi all tires are filled to 35. Tech told me there is no difference. For 1200.00 and so much of my time I should have left with properly inflated tires and a clean car. Tire monitoring system reset and no worries. I can go to any tire chain or repair shop for close enough. I pay dealership prices for dealership quality. Not happy. Plus they told me that my alignment was off when I had the tires aligned. Funny it just passed an alignment check 500 miles ago at the last oil change. I now don't believe they ever check it at an oil change. More
