The sales staff was friendly and courteous. They made the process easy and as painless as possible. However, after I purchased the vehicle and drove it for a day I began to notice a few issues with the vehicle. The vehicle somehow passed "inspection" with these issues. some where minor some werent. I took it back to be fixed and in the process of fixing the minor issues, more minor issues were created which I had to take somewhere else to be fixed. This put the thought in my head of how well was the vehicle "inspected" and made me question if they actually inspected it or just slap new stickers on it. Telling the customer "we dont know how to repair the issue on the vehicle because we dont sell this particular make and model" for a general vehicle repair, isnt the answer the customer wants to hear after just buying the vehicle that your dealership "just inspected" I do not feel the vehicle was properly inspected and prepared for sale. More

Overall the experience is good compared to other Jeep dealers in the LV area. I would recommend not adding phony cross selling products supposedly reviewed with the customer and then marked “denied” to d dealers in the LV area. Whether this is an attempt to appease Sales / Retail Managers’ expectations or not, it’s not a good practice. I noticed this during my June visit to have my oil changed and tires rotated. The note in the work order showed that I denied brake replacement for a vehicle with under 15k on the odometer. I mentioned it to the folks in Service during the review of my invoice that was covered under the original contract. They quickly tried to brush it off as nothing. I don’t like signing off on things that I didn’t agree to. Do better! More
