Everything was NOT crystal clear I was sold a car that burns oil at twice the normal rate. He explained everything very thouroghly and when I expressed a concern he said it would be addressed, which it was. The offer for our trade in was much better than anywhere else. Everyone was very helpful From the moment I contacted Sands I was treated very well. They were able to get me in the next day for the repairs my van needed. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!! We went to the Sand's to look at a used Jeep. Jimmy was patient and listened to what I wanted. He took us on test rides.
