Everything was NOT crystal clear I was sold a car that burns oil at twice the normal rate. The sales guy told me he had a similar vehicle but never was I cautioned about the oil burni I was sold a car that burns oil at twice the normal rate. Fortunately, Acura has an extended warranty regarding this issue so it won't cost me anything to fix. More

He explained everything very thouroghly and when I expressed a concern he said it would be addressed, which it was. The offer for our trade in was much better than anywhere else. Everyone was very helpful From the moment I contacted Sands I was treated very well. They were able to get me in the next day for the repairs my van needed.
