This visit was the one that finally fixed the truck, or I believe so. Back in January I had dropped off for a recall and a door issue only when very cold out. Recall was done but had a warning on the dash when picking up and door issue was not looked into or something done to it. So then in February, because loaners were very hard to come by, finally had warning on dash resolved and at least a part was put on order for the door issue. Couldn’t just wait for the part to come in so then had to wait until another loaner was available which got put off again because it became “unavailable”. Finally had a loaner to pick up. Next day didn’t get an update to then learn the wrong part was ordered but somehow have the correct one the next day. So then, finally, after three months had passed, the vehicle was back up to perfect condition. Working as a BMW mechanic for 10 years I can get why people become annoyed and don’t want to come back. Kenneth is a fantastic writer/service advisor but gets let down by the techs and shop policy. Good thing I had video taped the problem to push for something to be done. Stellantis products aren’t cheap and if it comes done to service, I and any lux/european brand can blow you guys out of the water. But thank you guys for finally getting to it. So now I have to wait until next winter to verify the repair, which for any mechanic, 9 months is a long time for validation. Everyone makes mistakes but this all could have been taken care of in one visit which is what I aim to do every time. Thank you for your time, Brian. More

The work was not performed properly even after I brought it back a second time. Never handed me a new paper for the alignment. They just handed me the keys and said it was done properly. As soon as I drove away it started pulling to the right again like they never did anything. They did the same thing in August. Oddly enough the same tire on my truck is being worn out because of the alignment I paid them for. Is something wrong with the machine? I called Chrysler and I am disputing the credit card charge. I haven't worked in almost 2 years and I can't keep paying a $150 per alignment and have it come back wrong. If you can't do it just say so but I'm not paying you. More
