Good afternoon Dave Labar, I appreciate the response, the visits were in general perfect and after talking to others with American products found that not all manufactures have loaners or other forms of transport for their clients. I was not surprised on the first visit to have "nothing found" as a response due to the vehicle having recent vandalism in September. My wife and I had taken a road trip to South Carolina and had made an overnight stay in North Carolina to split up the driving time with our 1.5 year old son. The next morning found the right rear door glass was smashed and nothing else taken and we were 1 out of 15 or 20 cars that night, all from out of state. So I had told this to Kenneth so that there would not be an issue when opening up the door assembly and finding an issue from the dealer in South Carolina that had replaced the window. I was hoping that a general inspection would have been done and then to replace a part if no workmanship error had been done from the dealer in South Carolina. So in that aspect I get it. But what I was struggling to understand was the mileage discrepancy on the invoice, saying the truck had 25,000 miles on it when it had 14,800 or so miles. I had to keep reminding on the mileage error for some reason. And the warning on the dash when I had picked up the vehicle after the first visit, almost as if a simple road test around the grounds to ensure that all was well. In general Sands Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram is still my choice for when I need assistance for the truck. Thank you for your time, Brian.
