Made an appointment for service. Due to hvac issues and battery light on dash. Never notified of any updates until calling towards end of day. This was Thursday they asked to keep it for another day as they needed one more hour to diagnose the issue. Next day Friday no updates until calling at one hour till closing. They said they are still working on it. No more updates until I WALKED IN Tuesday. They said that the alternator needs to be replaced. It took 3 days to find out it’s the alternator. They quoted a price to fix it. The hvac issues I took it there for as well were not resolved at this point either. Service center said they would need another 30 minutes to resolve this issue. After that time I paid for diagnostic services only. The HVAC issue was never resolved. Very disappointing service to say the least. Seems like most staff are new. This could be the cause of the experience I received. More

For the second time, my Wrangler displayed a problem with a recall involving the clutch. I dropped off my Jeep around 7:45 am that morning and heard nothing all day. No updates. I texted the service dept. a recall involving the clutch. I dropped off my Jeep around 7:45 am that morning and heard nothing all day. No updates. I texted the service dept. using the text they sent me but nothing. I finally called after 5 pm and was told they were still working on it and wanted to keep it until the following day. That wasn't a problem, but letting me know so I could let my ride back to Sands know would have been the courteous thing to do. It was ready the next morning, but they again couldn't find a problem. Instead of just admitting they couldn't find anything, of course, they blamed it on "improper clutch operation." I have been driving a manual transmission for most of my life and know how to operate a clutch. Never have I had a clutch need to be replaced or heat up no matter the driving conditions. I understand that sometimes nothing can be found BUT - blaming me - the operator - isn't acceptable. More

Normally their service is great, but this last time it was terrible. It took them four days to get back to me then they never fix the problem and gave me an estimate.
