I e always liked the service department ever since I got my new car and moved into the area 3 years ago. But twice now I’ve had to order parts and have them installed by your service people. The trouble is my new car and moved into the area 3 years ago. But twice now I’ve had to order parts and have them installed by your service people. The trouble is the parts department and the service department don’t communicate when my parts come in so I wait and wait and finally I call and the people say they didn’t know the parts were in. I love your people but maybe something can be done in that area. More
