I purchased a car from here because i heard about the great reviews. Since purchasing the car the at the end of September 2019 it’s been issues. A week after purchasing the car my battery died and i had great reviews. Since purchasing the car the at the end of September 2019 it’s been issues. A week after purchasing the car my battery died and i had to get a replacement. About 4 months later my car was over heating and i had to pay $500-$600 to have an alternator replaced. Here i am another 4 months later and I’m bringing my car back to Nissan because the car won’t shift into drive. I understand buying a certified pre owned car doesn’t make it new and I’ll still have work that may need to be done, but i didn’t purchase a car and take on a monthly payment just to do repairs every 4 months. It’s my first car on my own and even with the warranty they provided me, it wasn’t worth it. More

Sansone Jr's 66 is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They are sleazy, incompetent liars. First, they tried to not honor the price they advertised on Truecar. Then when the agreed to honor the price they wrote up the contract "mistakenly" with an additional $1,000 thinking I wouldn't notice it. When I refused to take the car then they finally rewrote the contract correctly. Now I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get the license plates/registration for the car and still have not received them. I have a vehicle in my company parking lot that I have not been able to give to an employee because Sansone has not provided the plates for the car! More
