The sales staff that sold me my new Mazda was very disrespectful to me the sale of my new car. They make you fight for the price of the vehicle you want. I bought my car there because they were the disrespectful to me the sale of my new car. They make you fight for the price of the vehicle you want. I bought my car there because they were the only dealership in the area to have the color and model of my Mazda. The car they sold me was delivered improperly with a nonfunctioning navigation. After the deal was made, I was never taught how to use the new technology in my car and I found many more problems with the car as the days went by. I encountered a problem with my car after it was serviced and the general manager treated me like a child and did not respect me as a customer when I approached them with my problem. I had the most horrible new car experience and the sales staff and the general manager do not how to handle customers properly. If you want to be disrespected and haggle for the price you want then go here. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

First I'll start with - this was my third mazda but first from Sansone. and Wow - never shopping anywhere else again. Chris Caramucci was not pushy like other dealers I had encountered.
