Service writer not engaging or welcoming. He wasn't outright rude just matter of fact and never smiled and wasn't personable. Took the car in because the sunroof was not working. Also Had a bent rim and a tire that keeps loosing PSI. They fix the sunroof and the bent rim. But they never fixed the air leak problem.
