Worst Audi Dealership in SoCal. Chris Navarro is the absolutely worst Service Advisor I have ever meet. I dropped off my very expensive RS6 for routine service, only to have it retu Chris Navarro is the absolutely worst Service Advisor I have ever meet. I dropped off my very expensive RS6 for routine service, only to have it return to me absolutely covered in bird droppings. When asking if they could please clean it, Chris Navarro got very combatted and refused to rectify the issue and flat out told me that the cars were parked outdoors and that the were close to the ocean, so bird droppings should be expected. I would recommend any Audi owner to go elsewhere for Service and Purchases. I for one will never go back More

My RS Q8 needed a special battery because otherwise a warning light comes on. I was told I would get one in a few days and it has been over a month and I still haven’t been told you have it.
