I brought my 2019 XT4 in for service with several issues. The car was returned to me 5 days later and nothing was repaired. The service department offered no help and made me wait for three weeks for an appointment.I have leased three cadillacs and they treated me with lack of caring. Charlie and Joe were not willing to help because the XLR is a problem car and they offered no suggestions. My car as wet in trunk and could have shorted ou5 on my way home. I asked them why they could not drain my trunk welll. And Joe said there is no drain,Lie and stupid and not caring, when I looked it up there are drain holes underneath rear bumper. In two minutes I used a pencil I drained th3 water out and prevented a dangerous short, These incompetents have lied to me on several problems on other cars leased from SArant, I will tell everyone to avoid SArant and I will even write to Newsday about it, I will never come back to SArant and hope they have complaints from others, Charlie let me down and refused to help me try to save my XL R. Too bad it’s a beautiful dream car that Cadillac and SArant GAVE UP ON AND ME AS A LOYAL CADILLAC OWNER, THATS WHY LEXUS AND GERMAN CARS OUTSELL CADILLAC, THIS OLD SCHOOL DEALERSHIP THAT DOES NOT EVEN WASH CARS LIKE COMPETITOR LUXURY DEALERS. I do like that my tire and wheel protection covered my tires. What I am not happy about is I asked if I was getting the same brand of tires and I was told I was. However they are not.
