Service is excellent. The 3-hour wait was not, despite having an appointment. Was told, even after explaining what was needed at check-in, a 1.5-hour wait time at most. Nice people in the service area. Jiffy'ed up my car beautifully. Reasonable pricing for my tune-up. Will return, but can we focus on the wait time if we have an appt and are actually... waiting? Updates and a quick check in would have been good. I would have left and returned, since I live only 15 minutes away. Had I only been told, within that 3 hour waiting time. More

Sarant took the car in and not only performed the scheduled service, but did extra work to make sure all updates were current. They also sent me home to wait in a lyft.
